Refund Policy
(A) General
A-1 We take photos of the actual products before packaging, the photos are send to the customer for the record.
A-2 As shoes are personal products, refund or exchange to other products is not supported if you already wear them.
A-3 Mosh Mosh and Lia are hand-made products, it is normal of the asymmetry due to the materials or making. Refund or exchange is not supported if the products has no other defects.
A-4 All return products have to be in the original condition within the package and extras. We product cannot be returned if the products have use marks, damaged. If there are extras parts or gifts come with products, they have to be returned to complete the refund process.
A-5 Please contact us within 3 days for your refund or exchange request after you receive the product. Without our confirmation, please do not send the product back. Our Email: tangotwo.taichung@gmail.com
(B) Refund
B-1 We accept the following conditions for the refund:
1) starches or damages in the area bigger than one square centimeter, on the seeable side of the products (the bottom is not defined as the seeable side). OR
2) the products has obvious functional defects, such as unstable shaking, or accessories missing.
B-2 If you receive the products with conditions as stated above (B-1), please do not remove the protective film from the bottom, and send the photos to us within two days via email: tangotwo.taichung@gmail.com
B-3 If we confirm it is our responsibility, Tango.two will pay for the delivery.
B-4 After we confirm, please send the product back within 7 days. Please email the delivery tracking to tangotwo.taichung@gmail.com as proof of delivery time. We can not take back any product back if it is not shipped within 7 days.
B-5 We accept refund under (A) terms.
(C) Exchange
C-1 We accept the following conditions for exchanging:
a) you receive the product as B-1 term, and you are willing to exchange to other products; OR
b) If you simply change your mind and want to exchange for something else, there will be an extra handling fee of USD 4.0.
C-2 If the product is damaged and we determined its our responsibility, we will pay for the shipping on both ways. Otherwise, the customer pays for the delivery. Under C-1-b, the customer pays the two way delivery fee, and the handling fee of USD 4.0.
C-3 We accept exchanging under (A) terms.
